1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the GW2 Compliance Assistant ("Service"), operated by CCVS Technologies Ltd ("Company"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
The Service provides AI-assisted compliance checking tools for Gateway 2 submissions under the Building Safety Act 2022. It generates analysis reports but does not constitute legal, professional, or regulatory advice.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: uploading malicious files, attempting to reverse-engineer the system, or using the Service for any unlawful purpose.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by CCVS Technologies Ltd. Documents you upload and reports generated remain your property.
6. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Compliance reports are advisory and should be reviewed by qualified professionals before submission to the Building Safety Regulator.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CCVS Technologies Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
